A beef brisket for father's day

    My wife (robin) asked me what I wanted for father's day.  I said a slow cooked beef brisket with a texas bbq sauce.  Not looking good for me:)

    Watching golf and taking a nap is among my favorite ways to relax.  I made my wife a slow cooked pork shoulder for Mother's Day.  I am hoping she'll return the favor with a delicious low and slow smoked brisket.
