      the hungry, thirsty and sick people of the world would be taken care of first. Wars would be off the table and there'd be compromise not death to those who disagree...

   Well, for one thing, there would be no testosterone in charge and that would be a definite plus. But it would also have a downside. That testosterone that fires up men to fight, is also creative energy that would get things done. As long as women stayed in control and directed the testosterone, it would be a great world. Yes, there are women who act like men, but for the most part, women have been very successful as leaders. If they ruled the world, we might have a chance to survive. If men continue, we will keep fighting until we have destroyed each other.

   It really probably wouldn't be that much different. I think the situations would still be the same, but it would differ because of how females and males handle things. Both handle things differently.
   Females are more known for being over emotional and overly caring, but that isn't nessicarily true or the case. I think that is an old stereo type which many people still haven't let go of. Men and women are just as capable of making the same decisions when leading countries, as with anything else. The people 'leading' some countries are for the most part just figure heads anyway, so in actuallity there would be no difference(Except for countries with different political systems, like dictatorships). Women still may try to help people more, concentrating probably more on health care and rights as well as more individual things, but that would probably be the only difference.

   I guess you mean what if women ruled the handful of countries that appear to run the world. More and more women get elected/appointed into positions of power every year. I think the results are obvious enough if you know where to look. Just an example from my own experience. When I was in high school twenty years back, I was passionately opposed to the death penalty and to nuclear weapons. This was considered by many to be overly idealistic, fringe political views at the time. I still hold the same views on both issues but I feel both viewpoints have become significantly more mainstream. I definitely feel that the overall dominance of the male perspective is generally lessening and it is beginning to show in government among other places especially in this century.

    Trust me to be the cynic. But, women are just as fallible as men, IMHO. Having said that, if all women existed in a society where they were allowed to prosper, share ideas and challenge the "norms" which have been put in place by men, without fear and hindrance. Then yeah, they'd do an absolutely brilliant job, IMHO.

       Nor do I see one woman fertilizing another.
       If I were a woman, I surely would not admit to ruling the world, as it is for the most part in sorry shape.  I would blame men for screwing it up.
       For me, I believe we should rule together, hand in hand, with common goals and a willingness to share.
       But what do I know, I'm just a man!

    Hasn't anyone ever seen "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus"? Men are highly competitive and territorial by nature. It's part of survival. When they need time alone they go into their caves.
    
    Women communicate with each other. That's why we always want to 'talk it out' while the men at the other end of the rubber band are pulling away and saying 'I thought we just did that."
    
    So instead of war, we'd be talking each other to death. When the confrontations finally reach an emotional head, we'd cry, then hug each other and go on with our business. No sending our kids to kill each other.
    
    I'm sure it's not as simple as that. The first thing I'd do as president is ban anything higher than 2" heels as unsafe.
