The Easy Way to Answer "How Do I Find Peace?"

Updated on July 25, 2013

How do I find peace?

It is a correct question (How do I find peace?) and the answer of it is included in the question itself. Yes, you should find the peace, nobody could bring you the peace you hope, it is your own responsibility to have the peace you dream about, you will enjoy having the peace. Remember that you can have the peace of mind which you worth it.

Here, we will put a road map towards the palace of peace, the palace that could be opened for the poor as could be for the rich, for the young as could be for the old. Let us go and don't say "In my dreams you're mine, but in my life you're a dream".

Believe it is your problem to get peace

Dr. Seuss said, “Only you can control your future”.

How could you control your future if you don’t control your thoughts, you should believe that peace is not something you go to, it is something you build deeply in your heart, mind & soul.

To do that, you should - at first - recognize that it is your own responsibility to do that. “Life is 10% what happens to you, and 90% how you respond to it”. ~ Unknown

Don't make excuses, just believe you can be the most peaceful creature & go ahead, you will win the happiness, the cool mind & the pleasure.

Healthy Food ----Peace

Source

Eat healthy food

You eat plenty of saturated fat and cholesterol & follow them with a jug of caffeine, and then you are waiting for peace. What kind of peace, do you speak about? MAN?! Your blood vessels are suffering to get some blood to pass to your brain. While your brain expects a healthy dose, you have already sent him a killing arrow.

I am sure that olive oil could bring you more peace than butter, and fish could swim easier than a cow. Don’t forget to eat more salmon, catfish and walnuts, they includes Omega-3 fatty acids which is very healthy.

Do not Backbite or Gossip

Some people think that backbiting & gossip are kinds of enjoying & releasing stress. NO, it is wrong. You know that who is listening to you while you backbiting others, will listen to them when they backbite you, so you like it or not, as much as you backbite more as much as peace will be far away from you.

Gossip, OH, NO!! This a fast killer to the peace, how could you get peace while two of your close friends stopped their relationship, because you have given them favor of transporting their words. Believe me, "speak something good or keep silent" is a key rule to solve many of our inner pain & others pain.

Sure, do not listen to people while backbite others in front of you, this is a hidden poison, which kills you slowly. Not everything you hear is correct, some people invent speech from their mind, just to speak more.

There is Something Wrong

Do not bring pain to anybody

The people who bring pain to others, has no peace. They always surrounded by the sins they are doing, by the pain they are bring to others, by the tears they made fall down.

When you plant an apple seed, why do you expect to get mango fruits? Same is here. When you plant hatred, why do you expect to reap the peace.

It is OK

Look at the positive side of your problems

The majority of most successful people was people who were experiencing problems, so they decided to change themselves.

“If you suffer, thank God! -- it is a sure sign that you are alive”. ~ Elbert Hubbard

Some people see the poverty to be an advantage like Stevie Wonder when he said “The two big advantages I had at birth were to have been born wise and to have been born in poverty.” also, Rick Joyner added “Most people are far more prone to let the bad experiences shape their views than the good ones”.

Do you think that problems could last forever?

Believe that it is a Temporary Problem

Nothing will stay forever, and so is the pain, problems.etc. They will finish one day “Pain is never permanent” ~ Teresa of Avila. The problem that some people expand the life of their problem by speaking about them again & again. If they go to wedding party, they speak about their manger’s bad altitude & ….etc.

How could peace come if peace finds you crying, complaining or scolding when you are supposed to dance, laugh & enjoy.

Try to Understand People More

When you understand others more, you understand that they mostly do want to harm you, but they have their own point of views or culture..etc.

“Life is the first gift, love is the second, and understanding the third” ~ Marge Piercy

When you love others you will be able to understand them more, “Folks never understand the folks they hate.” ~ James Russell Lowell

Feeling inner peace & understanding others are two close friends, so do not try to ignore that.“The noblest pleasure is the joy of understanding. “ ~ Leonardo da Vinci

Get Enough Sleep Hours

Some people think that they are not able to sleep well because they have many tasks to do. A research shows that you're more likely to succeed at your tasks—and enjoy greater success —if you get enough sleep hours.

When you sleep less, you miss focus on the task you are doing then it consume more time as your productivity reduces, then again you stressed & miss the peace you wanted to get by finishing all the tasks you have in your to-do list.
