    Foods that contribute to healthy skin? Try vegetable oils in your salad (just a table spoon a day at most). Nuts contain these oils too, so when eaten fresh, they're good for your skin too.

    Try drinking lots of water. We hear it often from beauty experts and it really works. Plus water doesn't cost a lot, even if you purchase it in bottles.
    Using coconut oil when cooking is good for your skin too. It's better than olive oil.
