Why that "time of the month" seems to go on long vacations? (I need woman advice please!)

My period seems to like to "not happen" for months at a time. I have been to doctors and they say I am fine. Is there anything natural I can do to help regulate my period? It can be VERY frustrating going months without getting one. I am on month 4 right now. I am not pregnant & I can be certain because I am not sexually active. I get the period symptoms ( Tender breasts, sore lower back, head aches, mood swings, nausea, tiredness, ect.) but no period. My doctor has me trying wheat germ in my diet. Since I started eating it, my breasts have been tender but no period... HELP!

I agree, if it is stress, you could try b complex, and flax seed. Flax has omega 3's and help regulate hormones. 1000-2000mg a day. Krill oil will do the same, as it contains EPA, GLA, And DHA. With no fishy burps. B complex 5-10mg, helps with stress

I agree. I too went through this same thing, about mid thirty. Progesterone cream, helps along with flax. Usually, it is estrogen dominance, instead of decline, in this stage.
