I agree, if it is stress, you could try b complex, and flax seed. Flax has omega 3's and help regulate hormones. 1000-2000mg a day. Krill oil will do the same, as it contains EPA, GLA, And DHA. With no fishy burps. B complex 5-10mg, helps with stress

I agree. I too went through this same thing, about mid thirty. Progesterone cream, helps along with flax. Usually, it is estrogen dominance, instead of decline, in this stage.
