Ha ha, let the whole world see hoe introverted you are and what your beliefs are. I am sure they will inspire you more and you will find yourself graduate from being a defeatist into becoming a sadist, then a terrorist.

By sticking to Rocky's famous quote : "Ain't nothing over till it's over"... It may sound too cheesy, but a self-defeatist can actually make progress by optimizing his goal-setting process. Set small goals first that you know you can achieve in a matter of minutes once you've started working on them, use post-its if you wish to record these minor goals for next day and keep crossing them off -- each and every completion is a solid message to your subconscious mind about increased self-fulfillment, self-confidence and self-esteem. In the meantime, keep a private hour for you and you alone every day and meditate on your dreams, knowing that you're raising the bar for your goals a little higher each passing day.. This is a powerful method to embed and reinforce in your subconscious mind the belief that you're slowly progressing toward your dream and one day, you will definitely achieve it. It is more commonly known as the famous saying "Better late than never" which comes from the depths of ages-long, universal wisdom. This is not a magical formula, just enough useful to get you under those dark clouds and head you in the proper direction.. Also wish to refer to my thread "How to Dispel Procrastination" from http://johnnymnemonic.hubpages.com/hub/ … astination for tips on this question.
