   Do you use any home remedies to cure common annoyances?
   
   i.e headaches and stomach pains.
   
   I use honey and milk, then go relax for a while. It always gets the pain outta my body, no matter what it is! Worked for migraines, upset stomach, upset colon, and a whole boatload of other things. What about you, do you have a friendly cure for life disrupters?

   Oh aye! For stomach pains I drink Ginger tea and have a good long think about what I have eaten during the day that would have this effect. Sore throat, honey and lemon in hot water. I will put heaping amounts of fresh garlic in all my food if I think I might be starting to get sick. For head aches I drink extra water, which usually help. When it doesn't, I rub lavender on my temples. Back aches I have a hot bath with lavender and/or arnica oil in it with Epsom Salt. For constipation I once again recommend drinking extra water but also to ensure you're eating fiber rich foods. Senna tea will clean you out gently too.
   I have a friend that whenever she feels bloated or has an upset stomach, she swears by laying down on non-carpeted floor, skin to ground. She says the cold makes her feel better. I've tried it from time to time. I'd give it a 50% success rate

   I use natural treatments for just about everything. From headache, to colds, flu, sprains, and strains. The most versitle herbal, or natural supplement is grape fruit extract. It can be used as a nasal spray for colds, allergies, and sinus infection. As a mouth rinse, and gargle, to fight plaque, gingivitis, and gargle for a sore throat. As a vegatable rinse, to remove pesticides, wax from fruit, and bacteria. It is antiviral, antibacterial, is effective against candidias, pericies, and fungal infection. I have written numerous articles on its benefits, obviously, I am very impressed with this supplement.
