    How to cure stomach erosion?

How to cure stomach erosion with GERD level 2? Doctor prescribed antacid but it is not helping. I have no symptoms of heartburn or Acidity. My symptoms are related to IBS (indigestion & loose stool).  Is there any good proven way to cure GERD and stomach erosion?

Carefully selected herbs such as Matricaria recutita (German Chamomile) and Filipendula ulmaria (Meadowsweet) provide a balancing and tonic effect on the body’s system and also promote healthy levels of stomach acids and digestive secretions. Other herbal ingredients such as Zingiber officinale (Ginger) and Foeniculum vulgare (fennel) are both commonly used as a digestive aid to support healthy digestion.

I wrote an article about IBS, that covers numerous approaches to gerd as well as other stomach issues. I can only speak about what worked for me. I went through numerous tests, such as drinking a solution, and then being turned up side down, and side ways, so the doctor could watch as the solution traveled through my stomach and intestines, as well as numerous other tests. Until they did a colonoscopy, the true picture finally was revealed. My colon was inflamed, and there were holes, though very tiny they were present. Whatever I ate went straight through me, and came out the other end whole. After numerous trials and error, from antacids, and antibiotics, to stomach pills, I had had enough of the guessing games, and try this pill. Its trial and error, and very frustrating to say this least.
For me, I had to figure out what was causing the problem. By keeping a food diary, I found that I could not have aspartame, in any form. My tongue would swell at times, and have difficulty swallowing. It was a delayed reaction, meaning it didnt happen right away. This included nutrasweet, and all the other artificial sweeteners. Could not have any food with seeds, husks, or sesame seeds. Those seeds would get stuck in the wholes, and cause extreme pain that would go on for days. This included strawberries, and popcorn. No dairy, lactose intolerance.
I had to increase protein, and good fat so it would stay with me longer. My inability to absorb nutrients, then lead to hypoglycemia, and insulin levels dropping out so low, that seizures started. It was a bad time.
My first step was to increase probiotics, the good bacteria in our intestines, that protect us from disease. Obtained through probiotic pearls, yogurt, and whole foods. I would have a smoothie, 2 or three times a day. Juicing is also another way. Put fresh fruits, or vegetables in a blender, add yogurt, and drink. I cannot stress this enough. It is necessary.
L- glutamine, an essential amino acid, that heals the stomach, and intestines.
You have to understand, it can take up to a year for recovery. Your illness did not happen over night. I saw an improvment within 3 days after starting the probiotic pearls. I tried other probiotics, they didnt work as well. Developed by dr teitalbaum for his own practice for fibromyalgia patients.
Avoidance of the foods that agravate it, and plenty of filtered water. http://artist101.hubpages.com/hub/IBS-I … Treatments

It may be necessary to incorporate your doctor in this holistic approach. I was able to overcome the IBS with natural, OTC products. L glutamine may have to be administered by a doctor. All things are possible.

Psyllium husk will solve gut problems, start small (1 teaspoon in water, stir and drink down before it gels) then work upwards to a tablespoon a day. I mix it with pure water that has fresh squeezed lemon juice in it, lemon juice will alkaline your body as well.

Curcumin (Turmeric) will also ease inflamation, it takes a few days to work as it's natural and needs to build up in the body. I saw Chrones disease stopped in a friend using Turmeric capsules (cheapest I found were at Kosher Vitamins NYC).

Bicarbonate of Soda will help, 1 teaspoon in tepid water, as will magnesium.

    Hope that helps.
