What are some alternatives for caffeine for energy?


I'm not a morning person so I've been dependent on energy drinks or coffee in the mornings to get me going. I stopped drinking caffeinated beverages altogether and I've started exercising as well but I'm hoping find an alternative to that caffeine boost to help me feel more energized.

    Be careful Mio has caffeine in it, as well as ginseng, and b vitamins. If you suffer from anxiety, or panic attacks you should not take ginseng.
