I heard that the number one reason that people have headaches is dehydration. If your drinking coffee or soda, or alcohol, replace them with water for a few days and you will feel great. I noticed that after I removed soda and alcohol from my diet that I started feeling much better. I'm still working on the coffee, but it's so good in the morning! You can drink too much water too though, I think if you always start off with a big glass of water in the morning, you'll find headache releife.
