    Zinc and vitamin C- like 500 milligrams a day as soon as you start feeling bad- stay warm and of course-chicken soup! smile

    I do the vitamin C too, I take a lot of vitamins, lots of rest and wash your hands a lot smile Oh, drink green tea, great for you.

    I take 12-15 Congaplex a day for a couple days.  It is thymus/immune support by Standard Process.  Have to get it from a "licensed provider".  I get mine from a chiropractor.

    I do no know if this is true but if you take clariton-d every day and wash your hands frequently there is a less chance of getting a cold...I have followed this rule and have not had a cold in more than 2 years
