I'd love to know the onion pie recipe. I've never heard of it! And the Chicken and New Potatoes Casserole sounds good? Do you have a hub where these are posted? As a homeschool mom, casseroles and crockpot meals are best and easiest for me, especially if I can freeze the casseroles, pull them out in the morning and pop them in the oven in the afternoon.
I tried the "Cook for a day and eat for a Month" stuff, but it wasn't things my family would eat for the most part.
