Each week, we read through more than 1,000 hubs to find the gems to present to you for voting. Then, one of us writes the HubNuggets hub and tends to the forum thread.
The most votes determine which hubs win and become official HubNuggets. The top 5 get their picture and hub linked to in the newsletter that Ryan sends out weekly on Wednesdays.
Fame and notoriety all around for our newest Hubbers!
Fresh as Spring HubNuggets
Take a deep breath. Can you smell that? Ahhhh! A fresh batch of HubNugget Wannabe's fills the air.
All of the authors of these hubs are Springtime fresh and new to the HubPages community. Since we love new Hubbers, we want to encourage and commend them for writing and building quality hubs.
Although it's always difficult to narrow our choices down to ten, we have chosen hubs that illustrate good layouts, topics, length and quality. Great content counts, of course, but so too does attractiveness. New HubPages writers can use the HubNugget lists as guides on how to set up their own hubs.
So, give these potential HubNuggets a read, then come back here to the poll and place your vote for the one you like best. This is usually tricky because they're all so good!
After the voting is finished, the top five authors will appear in the HubPages newsletter that Ryan sends out every Wednesday. That, my friends, is a very exciting prize and brings a surge of traffic to the winning Hubbers' pages.

Elena, I always wished that I could speak Spanish. Here in Canada though, we're taught French in school because we're bilingual, especially in Ontario. Technically anyway - mon francais is not so good.

I took the time to smell the flowers, and they are a fine bouquet! Just as it is hard to say which is my favorite flower, it was very hard to vote for my favorite HubNugget! I finally made a choice, my vote is in!

I was shocked to see one of my hubs nominated. I'm on a short holiday in San Diego and just today saw an exhibit at Balboa Park's Museum of Man on trephination performed by ancient Incans to relieve brain swelling and other injuries. It was a fascinating exhibit and quite unsettling at the same time.

Hi Elena. I had that happen to me at the beginning of the year. I had to change my email address to correct the problem. You can also try emailing Ryan Hupfer. Hup is our newsletter writer/sender. Hope that helps, 'cause you don't want to miss it.
