My biggest thing is notes. I keep a small pocket sized notebook on me. Each night I jot down a list for the next day. Great question.

I use lists, avoid clutter, use a daily planner to map out each day. Everything is in a place grouped by a category. If not then I simply can't think for some reason.
The best way is stay active,do excercise.It will keep you alert and not lazy.use sticky notes and reminder to be ready for event.My Iphone does it nicely.
I have a weekly planner that I use to write down my To Do list each day. It is the only way I can stay organized. I cannot live without it. I cross off each item as it gets accomplished.
