How do you clean your room when it gets out of hand?

Any ideas to keep it clean for a busy full time college student and intern.

Some dorms actually allow you to pay for maids and what not. it's for upperclass men though.

well, for one you can get that objective accomplish by organizeing during night time before you go to bed and pass like a cat relaxing, or pay your young brothers or sisters with candy and fun objects to do your bidding and if all fails, you can rush in the morning and throw everything in the closet so the entire surroundings is clear of filth. big_smile

If you can't pay someone to do it, you can start by working your way around the room, like a clock. Clean from one o'clock to 12 o'clock. Just don't get hung up cleaning fishbowls, or you will have a sparkling fishbowl in a messy room.

Sometime I wish I can get when of those power leaf blowers and shove it all.

different levels of "clean' fom picking  up garbage only to full on cleaning.

During the week keep it to a low roar on the garbage and mess. Than make Sunday you "total clean day" because that's when you are doing your laundry.

Hire someone to clean your room, that's easy if you have a lot of money, if not time management. Check this link http://sanleandroflowers.weebly.com/san … orist.html

Start with decluttering. Take two buckets or boxes.

Now in one box start putting everything you will throw right away. And start picking up from one side.

In the second one put those items you would love to keep aside for a good couple of days.(You will wonder you will not need them in future).

Now when the room is at least livable do your bed. And remember to make your bed everytime you use it.

If time permits you can mop your room which will make you feel heavenly.
