Jill Stein/Cheri Honkala Green Party. Green New Deal, sustainable economy, and "an end to corporate domination of democracy".

      Sounds awesome!

I'd love to see Ron Paul in the White House trimming $1 Trillion 1st year, bringing all troops home, slashing bureaucracy, legalizing the Constitution (again!), ending warmongering.

No more "citizen" status for corporations!

If you're asking about the Presidential race, and even after trying like hell to "think outside the box" to propose somebody other than the two candidates left, even considering such folk as Stephen Hawking, Bill Gates, K.T. Tunstall, Warren Buffet, General Powell, and Arianna Huffington just to name a few - my long-pondered and ultimately overwhelmingly confirmed visceral, gut level thought at your question is without doubt my first and last thought and answer.

Four more years.  Yes we can.  And let the dream live on!

4 more of Barry Obama? Ouch! I loved his rhetoric last election cycle, but soon learned it was all silver-tongued devilry. Shredding the Constitution, warmongering, and spending US credit card like a drunken pirate? USA R.I.P! Debt bubble pop!

First, I'll pay your yang (hyperbolic as it is) for my "leftie" yin, and it is the best deal America has had since Clinton fiscally, and Roosevelt morally/socially.

Second, "shredding" the Constition ≠ knowing it  well enough to actually apply it.

Stan, the only reason the economy seemed good during the Clinton years, is because the Federal Reserve was pumping money into the economy.  Then in the bush years it collapsed. Clinton boom cycle, Bush Collapse.

I'm assuming you are referring to the U.S. presidential election. In good conscience I can not vote for a presidential candidate who won't support their own country. For me, I find it incomprehensible to vote for someone who shelters and hides their wealth in Switzerland and the Cayman Islands. If they profess to be a true patriot then prove it by not concealing your assets in other countries, thus avoiding paying taxes that help support the government you want to represent.

It's too bad we couldn't vote for Clinton again because I think he would win by a landslide. Therefore, unless something drastic occurs between now and election day I will be casting my ballot in favor of Obama.

I suppose you're talking about Rich Romney with wealth sheltering.

But 4 more years of shredding Constitutional liberties, warmongering, insane increases in national debt, America may give up the ghost. I supported Obama'08, but what treason!

Don't get mad at Obama, LoneStar...he is just following his marching orders like all other presidents, congressmen and senators do.

If you're talking about the presidential election in the United States, then I would have to vote for someone who,
    * Would actually keep their Oath of Office (unlike Bush, Obama or Romney)
    * Someone who would slash government spending to the bone (finally!)
    * Someone who would bring all troops home, immediately (unlike liar Obama and warmongers Bush and Romney)
    * Someone who would legalize the Constitution, again!
    * Someone with an extensive record that supports the above

The only one I can see who meets all of the above criteria is Dr. Ron Paul.

If Ron Paul pulls an 11th hour upset at the RNC in Tampa, what do we call Romney? Ex-presumptive? False-positive? PotUS wannabee?

I love America and what it used to be. I think the entire world would like to get it back -- except perhaps for the few really greedy beasts who don't mind killing millions to gain more power.

How has Romney violated the Oath of Office, exactly?

LoneStar: Do you really think Ron Paul is any different than the rest? He is a role player like all of them. His role is to give false hope to a small segment of the population, in order to give the illusion that we have a choice in the matter.

CJ, Ron Paul has woken up a lot of people who didn't know anything about the real political situation.  So in my book that  is all that matters. His consistency has been for 30 years.

I'd love to ask a powerful (ie, state level or higher) militant/ultra-conservative how s/he can suit up everyday to do a job they despise as "wasteful, treasonous, invasive, overly regulative big government".  There is NO way to square that circle.

I would vote for Ron Paul.  Since he probably won't become the presidential nominee, I won't be voting.

I don't see the point when both Obama and Romney receive money from the same corporations.  The people in control don't care who wins, because they always win no matter who is running.

Although, It is very likely Obama will get reelected, since people still hate republicans.  Just remember the Democrats are the same your just picking the other side.
