I don't think they desire to be different, Iburmaster, I think they just are different. But they are just as much human beings. I'm not sure what you mean by "what else are they into?"
Normally if someone has the fearlessness to go against what others believe, they also go past other boundaries as well. It is why Mary J exists as a gateway drug. If they are doing that, they might be on something else as well.
The same can be said for many things - shall we start ostracizing everyone who may have the potential to break a boundary? Plenty of heterosexuals break boundaries all the time. Your philosophy here makes absolutely no sense. Trust no one? how sad.
Yet, the Bible, which is where most people get their...issue..from has JUST 6 admonishments to gay people, and over 300 for straight people. How many straight people break all those rules? Most, if not all.
That's kind of it. I don't trust anyone. Everyone has something they hide.

I like that way of thinking about it - it could be jealousy. Thank you for your answer.
Gmwilliams - thank you for your answer. I am of a very similar opinion - people fear what they do not understand. And, unfortunately that fear may prevent them from learning more, and understanding. Thanks for your answer.
