Do you think the candidates for the American Presidency are too radical?

With Bernie Sanders as a democratic socialist, Ted Cruz as a tea party favorite, and Donald Trump as... well expletive deleted. It seems like a lot of the candidates for the Presidency are extremely conservative or extremely liberal. Do you feel that we're getting the candidates this country needs? It's a little cliche but do you feel we're getting the candidates this country deserves?

I think the pundits are right when they say Americans are more polarized than ever before.  The candidates reflect that.  If the right were closer the the left I think we could raise up more moderate candidates.  The funny thing is, historically, whoever we elect will gravitate to the middle in order to govern - or try to.

This is what happens when liberals demonize moderates and conservatives, silencing moderate debate as racist/sexist/phobic/hate, so you only get extremists because anyone less extreme shut up.

    Not all of them.
John Kasich, Jeb Bush, Martin O'Malley, Ben Carson, Rand Paul, and Jim Web weren't considered extremely radical.
Hillary Clinton is not even considered radical.
However the candidates who have "caught on fire" (with voters) are seen as being radical. Essentially it is {the voters} who have turned towards radical candidates for "change". They don't want establishment polished experienced candidates for some reason.
Voters want to shake things up! They clearly want a radical!
In the current political climate I can't think of any traditional candidate who could compete with Trump and Sanders "revolution" appeal.
Trump plans to deport 11 million people, build a 1900 mile wall and have Mexico pay for it, bring back jobs from China...etc
Sanders plans to offer "free" college education, free medical, free jobs programs, and free retirement,

What gets me is they call Obama a tyrant for the ACA, but then Republicans say they will just get rid of it , and don't consider that tyranny.

He wants to ban abortifacents. Hormonal pills, iuds, morning after pills, etc. It's Ron Pauls personhood. Fetus over women.
