Google is working very smartly and we need not to add our link of any platform to Google  it crawls automatically.

I believe that google crawls it automatically so we really dont have to do anything for it to get indexed

There is no need to add hub url to google url... It usually get indexed quickly, so there's no need for it.

Professionalhub's link seems correct. I have submitted my URL to Google and other search engines, and written about how to do it. Although your Hubs will be indexed eventually, it doesn't hurt to get in line and let them know you exist ... especially now we have our own subdomains! Loving that move by the way.

Try not to add your URL to Google manually. It is better for the Google search robots to index your hubpages based on back-links, tags and related articles. Letting the robots follow your articles automatically will yield better search index results. Also try to get your account as a subdomain which will further increase your article views.

It is usually done automatically.Google's indexer spiders takes time to visit sites, therefore it may take a little time.

Hubpages is very very popular site and Google crawl it regularly because of updation of new content. So dont submit the URL in Google it will crawl automatically.

Here is the URL for your question on Hubpages, "Add your URL to Google:"
    http://hubpages.com/question/122035/add … -to-google
I got that URL from the browser of my computer.  Every article on Hubpages got an online address that is call the URL and upon clicking on it brings up the content.  Publishing on Hubpages indicates that the URL is on Google.  It is the ranking of the article on the Google Search Engine and the number of keywords that indicate if an internet user clicks on your URL.

since hubpages are crawled and spidered your hupages will be indexed also.

Hub page and Google are business partners, so it is there by default, any additional setting is welcome though because it gives you an edge.
