I would say no. I think you should keep them, but you shouldn't expect anything fancy from those guests when you get remarried. Besides, what are your guests going to do with one place setting or another coffee maker.
Keep the gifts. You have more important issues going on right now. I've never gotten divorced so soon after a marriage...but I'm on my third try...and I've never heard of anyone in a short-term marriage like that try to give back the gifts.
I think that rule only applies if you start divorcing right after your honeymoon. Then the senders can return the gift to the store for a refund.
