Can my husband file divorce in US to nullify our marriage in the Phil

    We are married in the Philippines last Oct 2009. He is always deployed in different countries.  He met a Filipina in Korean and he never contacted me since then.  Is it true that he can nullify our marrige by applying divorce in US even if we're married in the Philippines.  I am a Filipina too.

      Get a real lawyer. Don't rely on the Internet.  Your question, if it's real, is way too important to waste time with morons and their mis-informed but authoritative sounding answers on an Internet forum.
