   All depends on how we define "recent"  -- I've been doing pretty good the past few days!! In seriousness, I think my actions would show I'm a fallen sinner getting by on a lot of prayer and God's grace and mercy.

   If I walk in the spirit, I make good choices because I am not bound by the flesh. When I walk in the flesh I am in deep trouble--quick, fast, and in a hurry! In my own walk with Christ I have boiled it all down to one simple fact: This world has nothing for me and I cannot overcome my flesh without a constant meditation on walking in the spirit--a constant contact with God. Is this easy? No, and we will fail on many occasions; however, Paul reminds us that he too did those things he wished not to do. Thank God for his mercy and grace!

   It's a great question, I constantly shoot myself in the foot, I seem to do well for a while, see God using me massively. The major problem is a lack of self confidence. For us to be christlike we must first endure suffering, which in itself is a challenge given the fact I live in the Western World, I am however constantly being mocked by others, which is quite christ like. My conclusion is that without grace I would be screwed!

   What an excellent and profound question!  One recent choice I have made is to follow a fitness program with a Christian coach and a focus upon good nutrtional choices (vs. just limiting calories) with a walking program.  I know that God loves me regardless, but I also know that my health and body image really affects how I am able to serve others.  If I eat like a glutton, give into temptation on a regular basis to all kinds of fatty, sugary foods, etc.,  I certainly don't look like I care about this temple (that belongs to God, my Christian belief).  Same if I neglect exercise in preference to an 18-hour day in front of the TV and/or computer screen.  So, doing this bootcamp is, I think, a good choice.  But more important, I sense, are the daily little decisions I make.  Do I snap at my spouse when a deep breath might produce a calmer, more loving response? Do I choose not to visit my sick neighbour, using the excuse that she isn't very sociable and maybe doesn't appreciate visitors when she is not feeling well?  Everyday I make little choices that probably create (or add to) poor impressions of Christ-followers in general.  It really helps me to make good choices if I pray and counsel with my closest Christian advocate (my husband).  I appreciate this question.

   I try to live my life as a testament to the love and faith I have in God.
   
   Everyday, and in every aspect of my life, as I grow in my relationship with Him, I'm challenged to become more Christ-like: from the patience I need to develop in realizing God's plan for my life, to the patience I need when dealing with other people, to the depth of my giving and service, all way down to the refining of my own attitude and character.
   
   But I want people to look at me, my life, and my experiences and say, "That's been ALL God!"
