    C language experts, please help...

    Please help me in solving this problem..  If a=5 and b=10        a=++b;  what is the value of a?                           What is the difference between pre increment and post increment?

    if b=10:

    a=++b resolves to 11, both for "a" and "b"

    a=b++ results in 10, but incrementing b by 1 after the assignment
