My snake got out and was missin fror 3 weeks.
When I found her she was cold and I had to help...her throw up
I'd send her to the vet to be on the safest side possible. If you don't think that's a possibility, a heat lamp and a lot of attention should do something to help. It's very possible she ate something that could be attacking her from the inside.
My snake gets out frequently when I forget to zip, but I have never lost it.
