I used what I did on cats on my bunnies but I made sure even as I try to for my cat and having allergies to put mainly in areas they cannot reach when cleaning them selves, but you need to make sure to separate that bunny for a little while when it is still moist and potent from its babies or other bunnies you may have that may lick it grooming and become sick or worse. As with cats also keep their areas you keep them flea free and allowed to dry good and not spray near feeding areas. Brush them good when you can and check their bodies with your fingers and pull off maybe parasites or fleas, etc. Outside preferably.
