Do what the dog owners on here do, they're so clever, I don't know how they do it but they train their dogs to use a potty.
Generally the best answer is just to place two litter trays. Rabbits, like cats, are very clean animals and dislike going where someone else has already gone, and will be very resistant to being forced to go in the same place. Unlike cats, though, rabbits don't feel the overriding need to bury their feces or have particular types of materials to go on, so just because litter isn't available in their spot doesn't mean they'll see any reason not to go there.
