    Does your dog snore?

I've had lots of dogs before but our dog Mojo snores when he sleeps.  His snore like a man.  Is this normal?

I have to dachshunds from one litter and one of them snores. It's very common for bulldogs to snore.

My Australian shepherds do snore.  Most nights the girl Aussie sleeps with her tongue hanging out without a sound. Some nights she will whimper and there has been an occasional snore.
Most nights the boy Aussie will snore.  He wakes himself up on occasion.

I have to say your answers are so funny! smile Everyone's pets are unique as we are! To answer you, yes, I agree with them, that it's pretty normal for them to snore, especially when age creeps up on them. I have a Rottie, and she snores, growl's and sometimes I think she's trying to run, cos her feet get going! I think she's dreaming of chasing the feral kittens that take up in my barn. But once they can, they're gone into the forest by my house. Like your one answer says their dog wakes himself up, so does my dog, then looks as if "hey who woke me up" lol! smile

I have a dog that is part pug. She snores quite loudly, partly due to how pug's noses are designed. She also dreams, which can be quite amusing.
