If it's washable, put it in the washer. Add some enzymatic cleaner such as Nature's Miracle. Let it air outside to dry if possible.

Put them in the washing machine. These should be washable if they are dog bedding products. I also add some liquid that is made for hand-washing /machine washing wool or delicates. You get a nice pleasant smell and it does seem to get the doggie smell out. You don't need to buy the most expensive wool/delicates washer either. One of the cheaper brands is fine.

We have four dogs and have a cleaning schedule.  We replace bedding once a week and use Nature's Miracle, bleach and soap in the laudry.  Folks don't realize that we have dogs when they walk in because we don't have doggie smell.  Now the barking noise is another matter.

An old-timey remedy is hanging up the doggie bed and placing a damp towel on it and letting it dry. The moisture in the wet towel removes the smell as it dries.

Febreeze, while it is perfumed, works on the same principle. Forgot the science of it, but it works.
