Which dog nail clipper is more effective for large dogs?
There are so many brands of dog clippers, I have one that I was told was good, but upon using it, I'm not so sure. Using groomers just to clip the nails is not in my budget, so it-s-a-do-it-yourself-er.
I wish I could insert a picture here, but I'll provide an amazon link so you can see what I'm talking about. I have 2 Newfoundland dogs and I use a nail clipper with a guard as I'm always afraid of clipping too much nail off. Here is the link: http://www.amazon.com/Ergonomic-Profess … amp;sr=1-3
These clippers are similar to what I use.
