My bulldog is 7 years old and just gave birth to her 2nd bunch of puppies.
2 weeks after birth she stopped eating and producing milk,it's been 3 weeks since and she still will hardly eat anything we have tried everything to get her well! We bottle feed the puppies but do not have the finances to take our bulldog to the vet, what could possibly be wrong!?!
If your Bulldog has pyometra, an infection of the uterus, she will probably get worse and die. If you can not scrape together the money for an exam and a CBC, and probably put her on antibiotics, you are no longer going to have a dog to produce puppies, which I assume you are selling.
You do not mention which country you live in, but if you have a vet available to check your dog out use a credit card or borrow the money and have her seen immediately.
We took her too the vet Wednesday and she had too be put down Thursday. We do not sell her puppies,it was never our intention for her to get pregnant, especially if we would have known they would be the reason she died! I live in Mississippi

Every time I see someone give birth on the TV i cry my eyes out but when my own babies were born I never cried- not even a bit. Just wondered what everyone else was like.
