I wish I could contribute to your vet bill but I have to get my old truck fixed!  glad to hear Ralphy is better but hope you get to take him to a vet - or it could be he just bit his tongue.  man, I'm glad I don't have any pets, even tho I look longingly at the pet ads every day in the paper!

thanks. I don't know exaclty what happend, but I htnkhe had a heat stroke due to working himself up about a thunder storm.... sad     the only other thing we can think of is maybe he had a reaction to the flea medicine residue that was still on his bed. He hadnt used that bed sicne the last time he got flea medication, and he had acted oddly the last time he had it and we had decided then to not use that brand anymore but I forgot about the bed...

I really didnt think he would live when it first happend, but so far hes gettign better.

i didn't know about it either. i wish i would have stayed up last night. i always feel for pet owners, being one myself. i'm glad he's getting better. not to self promote but i have a hub posted about how my cat had a bad reaction to a flea treatment. it was not as severe as what your dog went through but it may help you. i'm glad your dog is getting better, hang in there. we are all here for you.smile

Last update, I hope. so far it looks as though a complete recovery. He is running and barking and eating normally. I just cant believe it!!!

this had nothing to do with being in a parked car, but guys. After this thing, I would like to tell you all, please please be very careful with your pets in the heat. NEVER leave them in a car in hot weather, I know I wont.

and one last huge hubhug and thank you for everyone who was there for me thru this.
