I am getting ready to publish my first Hubs, but want to find some images to make them more enjoyable. I'm looking for input on good resources for photos. Of course free would be nice, but interesting, quality photos are appreciated.
If you're going to use Wikimedia Commons, make sure you understand how to credit the photos.
I wrote a Hub about how to use Flickr photos, you'll find it in the slider on my profile. I find that Flickr has the best variety of images and it's easy to do the credit.
First pick is your own camera. Failing that, what Psycheskinner suggests.
I got so tired of trying to find photos that were free to use, I now try and do my own. They are certainly not professional, but at least I know they are safe to use.
If I need a picture that I can't take myself, I usually use flickr creative commons. I can usually find what I need there.
This is the best way as you can search a number of sites from this link:

When our hubs were once chosen, we had a way to see what was supposed to be fixed before it appeared on a niche site. Now I don't see anything like that. It could be me, but there was a way to see what they wanted added or deleted. It's very frustrating. Yesterday I was told my hub on Zeus, the...

But, I'm not a photographer nor have any budget to purchase photos whatsoever. I'm wondering, what if I...
