Hm, depends on what are you talking about. If you want to create something like .gif format image, you just need to download a program that makes gifs from pictures.
I guess you are talking about a lot of photos. Each photo has something a bit different. So you can do a gif, or you can download a program for video montage and put your photos in it in the right order and sequence.
