    Only when it is sought explanation for. Otherwise it is normally an accepted supposition.

       Take a sunrise, if you say it is beautiful and I agree there is no need for either to explain why this is. Sadly we lose that opportunity to interact and share simply because we felt no need to elaborate common ideas of beauty
    When beauty isn't instantly or readily accepted it is then that comprehension is sought, explanation given and then this idea becomes more than rhetoric.Just my take.
    Even something that's homely can also be cute to another. Take me, my girl likes me anyway, you may need to ask her why since I just accept it and ask no questions ... lol
