To be honest I'm not sure. I got it from Wikimedia Commons. Personally I think it seems to represent wisdom.
Knowledge speaks, Wisdom listens and I have found it is much harder to learn anything while talking.

I noticed this morning that my profile pic was appearing next to hubber phdast7's comments on other people's hubs. At first I thought that it was a momentary glitch, so I refreshed, and it was still there. I clicked on the link to the comment, and my pic was still there. Here's a link to (one of)...

I have tried changing my pic twice this past week and niether time did it work. It did not say anything about not working but my pic never changed. hmmm. I idont remember it taking this long before.
