How can you change your hub with free crochet pattern to make sure there is no "duplicate content"?

I would suggest changing the size of pattern or crochet hook. Just a thought.

You need to write a lot of your own content describing the pattern etc I have noticed that so many patterns have rows with the exact wording. I haven't tried an actual pattern on here yet and I've wondered too.

My hub just got an exception to the duplicate content rule.

It just seems silly to change the name of the stitches (which make up the bulk of the hub) to make sure there is no duplicate content. I would eventually run out of names for sc, dc, etc.

appeal to the Hubpages power, stating your case that crochet patterns are written with particular wording, so that crocheters understand what to do. However, as Barbara says do put in lots of original content, describing the pattern, how the finished article can be used etc.
