Restoring cars is a process, will you be writing hubs about that process?
I am thinking about this. I am soon to be 72 yrs old and have not been actively pursuing restoring for at least a decade, but I still have interest. I used to be a chapter president of The Early Ford V-8 Club, and had a barn full of NOS and used Ford parts '32-'56 stuff that I sold and traded up until 1985 or so. That stuff dried up, and I sold my '40 Convert, '40 Coupe and '32 2 dr sedan. I was involved with restoring a '32 Roadster, and a '34 Phaeton in addition to my Forties. I will be putting together some stuff soon, including some stories in the 1958 to 1975 timeframe when I was actively scrounging for Ford Parts. I was a "Picker" before American Pickers was popular. I have actually been to more than 1500 Ford Dealers since 1958
Perfect! sounds like you have the knowledge and the know-how. I love older cars and would really encourage you to explore you answer there in the form of a hub of 100! welcome to hubpages. If you need help getting around please let me know.
Yes. I actually took the photos for several more that I intend to write. At the moment, though, life is getting in the way. Writing the articles should be the easy part. I need to revamp what's there, since I am getting almost zero Google traffic. I've unpublished a bunch of lesser hubs, but it will take more work than that.
And I don't do Fords.

Is writing hubs about making money or for the love of writing?I don't write hubs that will get me hundreds of advertisement clicks, I write because I love writing. Why do you write hubs?

It seems to be a regular sentiment in the forum threads. Are you waiting to see what will happen?

I am just a little curious about how much time people normally spend posting backlinks to their hubs before they actually write another one. Any advice or input will be very helpful. Also, how many hubs do you normally write a month - Just curious Thank You!

I didn't. I stepped away for about nine months for stupid reasons, which caused me to lose a lot of productivity time.I look at people who have been here for short periods of time who have written more hubs than me and it makes me more motivated than ever to be as great at this thing as I can...
