In the corporate world, Blacks have to be twice as good just to break even. Blacks are under more scrutiny in terms of their work performance and professionalism specifically if they have a Caucasian or other non-Black superior. Blacks are oftentimes disciplined or reprimanded for actions that Caucasian employees would merely just a proverbial slap on the wrist for. Blacks in the corporate world are held to more stringent work standards. Discuss.
