    For the first time in history -White House Demo Day- allowed the President Obama administration the opportunity to call attention to inequalities in business for women and minorities. According to a study revealed by the White house, fewer than 3% of venture capital-backed companies have women as CEO and fewer than 1% are led by an African-American founders. Kudos to the inventors and business entrepreneurs.
