It is not illegal to deny anyone access to the facilities, many stores have insurance that only covers staff in "staff areas" so they will not allow the public in through fear of legal action should an accident happen...
However it could be very messy to deny the access!!!!

Why is the legal age to drink 21 in the majority of USA?When the legal age to join the military is 18, the legal age to consent to sex is 16, the legal age to buy pornography and lottery is 18, and the legal age to be held responsible for a signed contract (credit card/house purchase) is 18.

The Jews,Gypsies,Homosexuals,Jehovas Witnesses,Disabled, Free masons and many others were put into concentration camps at the hands of the nazis and still we get people who deny that it happened. Why do they do they deny it, are they afraid or ashamed again I ask why?
