What's the average annual vacation benefit?
Is it normal not to have any vacation for a year and then just a week per year forevermore? Anybody out there in the same scenario, or have what seems to be "below standard" benefits?
It varies country to country, but in the United States, the average is this:
2 weeks per year after one year's service (but many companies let you "borrow" time before the one year is up) for the first 5 years.
3 weeks per year after five years of service.
Depending upon whether the organization is a large global one or a small mom-and-pop one, the amount of vacation benefit may vary.
Also, keep in mind that vacation is not a legally required benefit; it's a perk.

I took my 30-days page views count; divided it by 30 and further divided it by the number of published hubs. Thus I got a fair representation of my average number of visitors per day per hub. It comes to a whopping 1.6!...
