Do you have a rude customer service experience you would like to share with the world?
Spill your guts, vent your heart out, tell all beware. Make retailers aware as consumers we have many opportunities as to where we can spend our cash, so they best be on alert and provide us with the respect we deserve when we chose to drop down our dollars at their stores.
Lingerie stores should carry sizes larger than "0-5".
I am a 10, and when I asked the clerk if the store had "any" larger sized items, she replied:
"You can try the "one-size fits all" but if you tear it, you will have to buy it..."
She made me feel awful, I am sure she could have been trained to have a more polite response. I will NEVER go there again.
I am sure I am not the only "larger than size 5 woman", who likes to spice up her marriage and still feel sexy once in a while.
Some of the cashiers at WalMart are very rude. On several shopping visits, I said "Hello." at the checkout, and the cashiers sometimes don't respond. It gives me the impression that the cashier wants to get rid of the customer quickly with little interaction. I love WalMart's low prices, but the customer service at some locations really suck.
THIS pretty much spells it out . . .
