Do you think the larger a company gets the more customer service and quality are sacrificed?
Let's face reality some companies the larger they get and the more money they make the more consumers pay the price in either elevated prices, quality of product, or customer service. This often includes restaurants as well. Know of any examples, or what about businesses that are just the opposite?
Don't really think that it has to do with the size of the company at all but the attitude of the management -
There are some large companies that get that customer service and quality IS important (have had good luck with Windstream so far) but have also seen medium sized businesses taken over by huge companies that then ruined the original name (Dreyers taking over Haagen Dazs).
I've also run into small businesses (about 15 people) that made me wonder how on earth they were still in business and then others that really gave good service because they were in a small town and were smart enough to know that they had to to stay in business.
