    picks peolpe who are weak and can be controlled when he hires supervisors.I have FMLA and since I know my rights and he can't fire me he's made up a set of rules "my name rules" which are rules that only apply to me. It's the office joke. I have filed a claim with EEOC,that's taking forever,and on top of that I was hurt on the job in  June,and the claims adjustor has pulled every trick in the book to prevent paying me. I'm now fighting the 3rd denial. My question is how do I find a lawyer that will take my case and I only have to pay if I win-which I'm sure I will since I have several good wit

    Ok you need to leave this environment. Then, file your complaint. Leave it to the judicial system and hope that justice wins. If not move on and get some counselling. Life isn't fair, sorry. The fairest thing for yourself is to move yourself away from these weak people.
