If you have been successful on this site, this question is for you!
What is the best way to learn about SEO, backlinking, and how to best use other sites/networking, etc. in order to drive traffic to your articles? I'd love to make a decent income from writing and I know how to write--but need an easy-to-understand source to learn about the marketing end of this.
Read this carefully. I am successful on this site by doing absolutely nothing but wait and be patient for the 100% Referring Sites Traffic to the greatest article on the earth which is " Daily Nuggets Moment AMBASSADOR BRANDON BUTLER " with 26 visits and 45 Page Views and a total Page Views 3067 and 151 monthly views with an average 1022 views per hub for my 3 hubs in 13 months as of today June 30, 2011 A.D. I have crossover the threshold for 1000 views per hub on my 3 hubs. Compare this with your 10's, 100's, 1000's of hubs of yours on hubpages through only 100% Referring Sites and nothing else but to be patient and let the referring sites bring all of my traffic to this article. It is around the world in 8 countries and 12 cities now and here are the places that it is seen in through 100% referring Sites: Fukuoka, Japan just visited it on June 16, 2011 A.D. with 1 visit and 2 Page Views of it. Ichikawa, Japan; Sydney, Australia; Barcelona, Spain; Magdeburg, Germany; Berlin, Germany; Pelotas, Brazil with 15 visits; Montreal, Canada; Calgary, Canada; San Francisco, Ca.; New York City, New York. this is easy to understand and do because you do not have to do anything else when you write the greatest article on the earth. Countries from around the world will find it through 100% Referring sites Traffic. It does take time as I had to wait for 2 months with 0 traffic when I put it on the internet on June 2010 A.D. with Google and on August 2010 A.D. the referring Sites found my article and have been spreading it around the world ever since. It is a slow process but the results are awesome to get an average of over 1000 views per hub for 3 hubs like I get but I think you could get this amount for whatever amounts of hubs that you do have on hubpages. Now you can go ahead and do all of these other things if you want to but all that I had to do was to write the greatest article on the earth and the rest is history and the reason why I could answer over 1000 questions on hubpages while the Referring Sites bring me all the traffic to my article " Daily Nuggets Moment AMBASSADOR BRANDON BUTLER " and I now have 698 Page Impressions on my Google Adsense account June 30, 2011 A.D. 5:35 AM. You must write excellent quality hubs to get 100% Referring Sites Traffic like I get with my article " Daily Nuggets Moment AMBASSADOR BRANDON BUTLER "
Hi! Why are you looking for the easy way? Don't you think thousands of people surfing the net for "the" answer would have sprad it all along. That'S why people without the knowledge, pay either service providers or for reaching and tools.
You can learn it. Either you put money in it or effort.
My best advice as an entrepreneur and a believer in entrepreneurial design: Concentrate and focus on your core business! Why:
1. you have fun
2. you are highly efficient
3. you make money to pay outsourcing
4. your service provider is highly efficient and cost effective
It will take you time to learn, to implement, to establish and to make money.
Ask yourself:
1. Do you want to be a SEO specialist or a writer?
2. Do you want to do all of it as a hobby or run a business?
Since you are talking about a decent income, I expect you are looking to run it as a business. Business needs investment! Be it time or money.
Decide where and how to invest.
I painted a black and white picture, surely there are shades of grey. The grey way will cost you most time and energy, since you have to do your work, to improve your marketing skills and to implement the marketing. Most probably, and this might be a problem, your business won't really kick in, unless you find a topic like a masterpiece everyone needs.
Develop a strategy, develop a business, work your way and enjoy it!

How have you been successful in the past? Does it make you feel like a successful person? Why not?I find people in this country to be generally very competitive in almost all areas of life. That is a good thing because it does drive people to do their best. The flip side is that we get so bogged in...
