Are you happy with your nursing career? ~ Why? ~ What state do you work in?
I really enjoyed the job for about 25 years. There were new things to learn and new skills to gain. In the last 5 years I feel burnt out. Now I can't wait to change careers. I guess you'd feel fulfilled for the first 20-25 years but have a get-out plan for after that. Thirty years later, I'm done.
