Whom Do we Leave when Resigning - The Company or The Manager ?
I say, we leave The Managers ! What do you have to say ??

I agree, I believe you leave the manager behind and not the company.
If you have previously been a Manager and make the decision to resign from that post you are resigning from the role you are in not the business in my eyes.
We often leave cuz of Managers who constantly harass us for work...
They are the ones to be blamed !!
I leave the manager. I have worked for three companies before. I have still maintained good relationship with the people over there. Even if I quit my current company, I don't believe in burning bridges with them..
