    What is your best and worse experience with Customer Service on line or in person?

    Worst - we were building a house and it was all new to us and when we wanted them to set the meter for electricity, the gal got very snotty with me and I told her. Frankly your sarcasm is not helping.  She apologized but I really felt like a fool because I was so green with regard to the procedures for building etc.

    Best - bought a laptop from HSN and did not receive the free software.  I called HSN, they said call Gateway.  I called Gateway, they said call HSN. This went back and forth for days, and I emailed, called complained etc.

    I finally got a call from someone at Gateway who was so kind and apologetic, she told me she would take care of it immediately and she did. I got the software within a few days.
