How would you decide it's time to leave a job?
Too stressful, not challenging enough..what do you think?
In my case the decision was easy. I was handed a separation agreement and was told it was non-negotiable. The severance was generous, so I left.

Put in a minimum of two years, unless there are circumstances affecting your decision to continue.
For instance, do you have a new boss that is hostile, or doesn't value your work?
Are you being forced out?
Is the company in financial trouble?
Will your job be outsourced?
Is the department about to be restructured?
