Have you ever faced bad customer service on your visit to a bank?
Not really. Usually banks try to provide their best customer service, but many times I found tellers that did not know what they were suppose to do to complete the transaction.
It's funny because they usually blame it on technology "the system is not letting me" or "it's not working today", but they do apologize profusely and thank me a lot for my patience. So I can't complain about their kindness.
